The smog check was done in about 15 minutes.Walk-in basic, no reservation required.There was no one in front of me, so I didn't have to wait and the smog check was completed in about 15 minutes.I killed time on my cell phone while warming up in front of the electric stove in the waiting room.It's been 8 years since I bought my car new, so I had to have it checked for smog.My car is a sedan, so the smog check cost was reasonable.I used a coupon from the website.The technician was silent but necessary and enough conver... read more
Absolutely the worst customer service. The staff (Older White Male) was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional when I approached him. There was another person who was waiting long before I arrived yet to be greeted. When we all started to leave was when he decided to address us. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
No longline. Price is good. I have not pass smog, but the man explain to me how should i drive my diesel car to pass it. I usually write negative reviews. But not now.
Owner is so sweet and nice! Very reasonable price and finished up in 15 minutes. Will be coming back here for all my smogs.
Used to be my favorite place but prices have increased too fast. Roseville Smog Center is my new smog shop--it is fast and more reasonable without any upcharges for SUVs--$40 out the door (no additional certificate or SUV fees). But I'll still give 5 stars because I like the owner--just not the price. It is no longer competitive. Be competitive and more customers will return.
