I arrived without an appointment, there was no queue, and I was immediately accepted and quickly served. The man was very kind and polite. I am very satisfied with the service!
My son recommended Smog 1 as close by and very focused on customer services. The owner was very helpful, pleasant and answered my questions thoroughly. I was happy to have passed and length of time was minimal. Midweek was less crowded. I totally recommend this company for your car’s Smog Inspection!
I’ve been coming here to smog my vehicles for years. Over 8 times and always had a positive experience. Recently, they have hired a new employee (older white male) who is beyond disrespectful. Very overwhelmed when more than one person is waiting. But also VERY disrespectful. Will fight with you if you don’t have your registration paper (threatening, wrong, that it’s illegal if you get pulled over). He’s so lazy he refuses to fill out the paper form.
