My counselor left was put on a waitlist. They claim they contacted me. That is a lie. Found out they discharged me without telling me. They want me to start the process over again. Not doing that BS

Been a patient here for over 2 years. Can’t go anywhere else quickly unfortunately. Receptionists barely speak English and you basically have to do their job for them. Would not recommend coming here if you need any sort of actual help or are looking for anyone to listen to you.

Ask your therapist if he/she remembers what you talked about last week. Ask your therapist why do they eat during the appointments. Ask your therapist what your diagnosis is and why. Ask your therapist how long he/she thinks they would last in their clients shoes. If your therapist gives you a logic puzzle for people who are successful in your major and you fail don't quit school. If your therapist says the message they preach is hope and there's no hope for somebody like you respectfully disagree and leave with a smile.

I've been trying to get an appointment as a new client for about two weeks now, and have not been able to get hold of the intake coordinator even once in all of the times I've called. I've left several voicemails and spoken to SMOC's operators multiple times, and seemingly the only way to get an appointment is to speak with the intake coordinator - however, you can't make an appointment if the intake coordinator will not return your calls.
