We hit up Smoak Town while in North TX. Brisket, pulled pork and sides were on point and I can see why they made it to the top 50 list. But let me tell you the sausage was the star of the show, easily the best sausage I’ve had. Don’t miss this great BBQ joint
Totally recommend!! All the meats we tried were excellent, the beans were exceptionally tasty as well as the corn. We got the brisket, jalapeño sausage, and the pork burnt ends.
The brisket grilled cheese was soooo good!
