Was with SMO for about a year. Held Oil, Propane, and service contracts for two AC units and an Oil Boiler. Honestly nothing but problems in the first year. -Failed to keep us full on oil twice over the winter resulting in loss of heat for several day periods. -Failed to diagnose basic issues with thermostats and other HVAC issues. Techs seem barely competent and all very new. -Boiler tech literally did not know what an ignitor was. Had them for about 2 years , pretty good response time and service. Unfortunately paying about $4.55 per gallon seems a bit steep.
SMO SUCKS
Took me a week to get hold of them, but when I did the girl got them to com out the next day to ck. The guy that ck on my tank was very good.Its just hard when you try all week and cant even talk to someone that's the bad part. What happened it not LIKE SMO.
