Sharing our unfortunate experience here, noting that I am waiting to hear from someone at SMO to rectify the situation, and, if they are willing to do so, then I am happy to edit this review to reflect same. As of last night, we have no propane in our tank, leaving our furnace, stove, and dryer out of commission. As you know, the freezing temperatures have remained in the 20s for some time now. We had a contract with SMO for 10 years only to have issues with everything from the thermostat to the AC unit every single year. Contacted another company who found multiple leaks in our unit that SMO did not find less than one month prior. After paying for 4 service contracts, several of which never did their annual service, we are getting a contract with a company that comes out twice a year for less than half of the annual cost that SMO charged us to come out once a year for 10 minutes to "check the units" and never empt... read more

I don’t know what changed in this company they used to have the best customer service, but I ran out of oil two days ago (thur) and was told they couldn’t do same day, but they would be here no later than the third day Saturday. So I had to accept that they said I could only get same day if I had gone through a credit check to get on their automatic renewal. Here it is Saturday I called to make sure they’re coming and they say that they’re not supposed to be here till Monday. They don’t deliver on weekends. Why did they lie?... read more
