Great experience working with Ryan from start to finish. With a wide variety of hot tubs, features & water care systems, Ryan quickly demystified the choices. SML endured our multiple deliver date changes with smiles. Hot tub was delivered with care & set up was seamless. Water treatment education was a breeze & included colour step by step instructions . Highly recommend SML .
We had a great experience with SML Hot Tubs. Ryan has been an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure his customers are happy. We had a hiccup come up, and he dealt with it immediately and went above and beyond to make things right. It’s so refreshing to work with a company that truly stands behind their service. Highly recommend Ryan and SML Hot Tubs!
Ryan was very helpful and an excellent communicator when purchasing our hot tub. The delivery was very smooth as well and was very thorough with helping us set it up. We recommend reaching out to Ryan and his team if you are looking at purchasing a hot tub.
