Very helpful and had hard to find parts.
Quick to respond and assist with setup and repairs of my hot tub. They were even good with answering some additional questions I had as a new hot tub owner over their text message line which was very helpful.
Recently purchased a sauna from SML Hot Tubs and had a great experience. Sean quickly answered all of our questions without any sales pressure at all. He was very easy to communicate with over email or phone. Once the sauna arrived there was a mix-up with my delivery + installation appointment but Sean went out of his way to make it right. Extremely satisfied with the overall experience.
Compared prices to online and was about 40% more. Very pricey
Went to all the hot tub stores in Edmonton. Took months to finally purchase a hot tub. Finally purchased a tub from SML (in fall 2023) and we are glad we did. Honest salesmen. No pressure. Knowledgeable. Also didn’t cut down other manufacturers like everyone else did. Delivery process efficient and flawless. Customer service since has been great. Lovin the tub too:)
