Very impressed with the service I recently received here at SML. We recently moved in to a new house that came with a hot tub and we have never owned one before so naturally we had questions. We contacted two other dealers in the city looking for assistance with how to maintain our new to us hot tub, and neither company seemed interested in assisting us with our questions. Very happy with our hot tub and with the service provided by SML staff. Everyone we’ve communicated with has been very pleasant & responsive. Can’t wait to come back for the sauna & for the arcade machines that kept our kids busy while we shopped!

I am giving this company a 1 star review as I held back for 5 years to try to work with this company. I bought a $33k swim spay 5 years ago this July. And for every single day I have nothing but problems from this pool. Leaking, broken items, bad sales of after market items and still no resolve. I have been kind and communicative to this company.
