Crystal is an absolute treasure! I called SML as a hail mary, looking for anyone that could help with a non-hot tub related issue I'd run into. She took time out of her day to find the right answer for me, even though it was completely above and beyond, and call me back with a solution. I have zero doubt that she'd do anything for her customers, and would highly recommend her!
