I went into the store looking for clarifying solution for a hot tub, something to clear up the water in our hot tub, told the lady working there our problem and she asked what brand our tub was. After it wasn’t a brand they sold she said to try their store instead (it was dynasty). I said it would be easier to try Amazon for that and she agreed! Crystal and Kalinda are amazing. We purchased a tub this past month and they've been a delight to deal with. One thing that I really like is that they will come help you balance your water if you are having issues. As a first timer, this has been such a help! Even with a couple small hiccups (we are all human) they were approachable, listened to my concerns and fixed things up promptly. Crystal is an absolute treasure! I called SML as a hail mary, looking for anyone that could help with a non-hot tub related issue I'd run into. She took time out of her day to find the right answer for me, even though it was completely above and beyond, and call me back with a solution. I have zero doubt that she'd do anything for her customers, and would highly recommend her!
