Artem and Adam were excellent installers! Very through and clean and educated me about go tubs as well
We had a great experience buying a hot tub at SML. Dean was very helpful when choosing it. Brian and the crew who installed it were very professional and ran us through the water maintenance. I would not hesitate to recommend SML. Our family loves the tub!
I had a disappointing experience with SML Entertainment. I was initially told that my hot tub issue would be covered under warranty, but the claim was later denied. To make matters worse, I was billed without clear communication, and the account was sent to collections without my knowledge. This situation could have been handled much more transparently and professionally. I would not recommend their services.
Outstanding selection. Excellent customer service. Adam has been such a great help . Highly recommend!!
