SMJ built our home in 2018 and did a fabulous job. Everyone who comes over comments how beautiful it is. John Stauffer is a very reputable builder and he cares deeply about his clients, his employees and his work. I highly recommend recommend them Jill Reynolds
I had the unfortunate experience of meeting the owner of this company. During my visit, I overheard several of his conversations with others regarding properties, and I was disappointed by the way he spoke down to everyone involved. When I eventually had to speak with him personally, my impression only worsened. He came across as dismissive, disrespectful, and lacking in professionalism.
