I gave away a car two years ago, signed a release of liability same dayit was driven away, later on I received ilegal parking tickets from Los Angeles never anything from Smithy's towing until now they say I owe them over five thousand dollars with interest for who knows what. The car was not my responsibility the day was taken out of my yard, now they want to out a lien on ???? Any advice.????
