As a female going into an auto shop by herself is scary. The team at Smitty’s made my experience so wonderful. They were patient and VERY informative ! They will forever have a customer in me!!! Best experience at a shop I’ve ever had !!! Ladies this is a safe place !!! For transparency, I initially went to get my car looked at due to it vibrating when I accelerated. Scott and Evan were absolutely great !!!! Super nice guys and was very surprised that they could get me in for a balance and rotation as I am traveling through . Very nice clean shop and super helpful thanks guys !! In and out very quick too
Headed over to Smitty's, to assist with a fixing my tire due to getting a nail in it. From the minute I arrived as a walk-in, the owner Scott was friendly and welcoming. He immediately had one of his staff assist and I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes. The price and service was very reasonable and the staff very friendly and courteous. I will definitely be returning in the future for all of my tire needs and support this small business.
I have a Jeep Wrangler and lost my wheel lock. I drove around to so many different tire places to seek help and Smitty’s was the only place that took time to help me out and actually got the locks off of my wheels. These guys are very nice and professional. I’m actually headed over there today for an alignment and tire rotation.!!!!!!
