I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered my food, got home, and realized my ribs were missing. Mistakes happen but what really upset me was what happened when I went back. Instead of an apology or even a simple check of the order, the woman at the counter treated me like I was lying, embarrassed me in front of everyone, and refused to give me the food I had already paid for. Placed an order and they didn’t give me my food. When I returned because they stated to do so, the server with dark hair made a scene and said she wouldn’t make it right. I’m not the only customer they have treated badly and I refuse to return

Wasn’t greeted when we got there Mac and cheese taste like garlic collard greens had to many stems the food was horrible only thing was good was my brisket which they only gave me two thins slices and the ice tea did not enjoy at all👎🏼

While the brisket I sampled was wonderful, the chicken was very dry. Willing to try again, just not the chicken. 🤷🏻‍♀️
