Smitty's Plumbing came to fix a problem we had with our toilet. The service man who came was Mike, and he was friendly, polite and very thorough. He did a great job and I would definitely recommend this company!
My landlord contacted Smitty Plumbing and Heating to address an HVAC issue we had. The repairmen that came to service the heater were obnoxiously rude. How would you like to be told to shut your f-ing dog up in your own house??? That's right, I didn't care for it either. I called a different plumber. The whole experience was very bizarre. I was honestly shocked to see this company had any good reviews, because based on my experience their customer service are clearly lacking.
Water was leaking from second floor bathroom down the wall all the way into the basement. Smitty came, found the leak, repaired it, and cleaned up all the puddled water. Great job.

I had an issue with a leak in the plumbing to my Well-Rite system and called the people who installed it and heard nothing. Called Smitty and not only did his and his associate call but came over and addressed the problem quickly and for a reasonable cost. Wonderful service -- would recommend him in a heartbeat and will be using his services again - as needed - in future!
