Called in to inform the shop manager that the blades were over tighten. They were so tight I had to use a torch to get them off. I informed the shop manager this and he said well rather have them to tight than falling off. He then goes into they're torqued to 60 pounds. I told him they were way passed that his comment was KAY. Modern $9,000 mower brand new after 4 hours the belt came off and they want $150 to come fix it. I shouldn't have to pay a dime. So I could give them zero Stars I would. Don't shop there they don't take care of their customers. They get your money and they're done.
