In this day and age it's hard to find any business that stands up to the professionalism in quality and service as Smittys. Took my jeep in for damage to the rear bumper and they took care of everything. Eric is the one! He kept me informed and delivered ahead of schedule. I would not have imagined how Smittys worked with rental and insurance companies. They took care of everything. Highly recommend, FIVE STARS!
The entire team at Smitty's Collision Center is amazing. No matter who I spoke with they were friendly and knowledgeable. Quality work and amazing customer service! Brought my car in after a minor accident and had to go through insurance. Allyson, the inspector, was very thorough and explained everything clearly. She accommodated everything I needed. It took a little longer than expected but they replaced everything with OEM parts. A family member recommended Smitty’s to me when my daughter’s car got hit in the school parking lot. They were very easy to work with, kept me updated throughout the process, and even got the car done almost a week earlier than estimated. It looks good as new and we are so happy we went to Smitty’s.
