Fun place to go. I do silver business and Magic: the Gathering tournaments. I love the place. Matthew is awesome to deal with.
I stopped in today to sell some of my gold and older coins. Staff wasn't the friendliest. Received a fair price for my items. Should have given me more, but all in all I'm satisfied. But again focus on customer service.
I had the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was disrespected and yelled at. I would say this establishment is beyond unprofessional. I had been in last week and the guys were gentlemen and made me want to return, this week they were beyond rude. Never have I been yelled at by an employee until then. Sadly disappointed.
Brand new to MTG and the owner (his name escapes me) was SUPER generous, kind and helpful! Also has the best card prices I can find in town!
