I went to Smitty's for a door repair on my Ford Escape, after a deer ran into it. Pat was so nice, calming me down and walking me through the process. I was thrilled that the car was repaired on time and not only that, was cleaned inside and out! What an unexpected service. I would recommend Smitty's without a doubt.
My wife and I have used Smitty's exclusively over the years for body shop repair. Smitty's earns 5+ stars from us because they are trustworthy and fair and, of course, do excellent work! We appreciate Pat as he not only goes over options that fit our budget but also, more importantly, he is a wonderful person!

A deer recently hit our car. We went to Smittys in New Paltz to have it repaired. I Cannot explain to you what a Beautiful job they did on our car. I think it looks better now than when we took it home from the dealer. The workmanship was excellent and the staff was friendly kind and very caring. I am grateful for their help. And for referencing Back to the Future… It looks like Biff put on that second coat of wax. Thank you Smittys
