Have been waiting a little over a week since ordering parts with no response or tracking. Have sent multiple emails to Smitty and placed 5 calls and left 3 voicemails. Don't know what's changed but I suggest people take their business elsewhere. (Here's an update.) I ordered a part on 22 Jan (order#737328) that was supposed to be in stock. I emailed on 24 Jan asking the status. No reply. I then emailed on 28 Jan to cancel my order, no reply. I emailed again on 4 Feb to check the status of my refund, No reply. I called and left a message on 10 Feb with my phone number and the order number I called about. No call back. Going to contact my credit company to dispute this transaction. Poor customer service when told to email or call and leave a message.

You know I hate to leave a bad review, however, I ordered parts. They said we’re in stock on 21 January here it is the 31st. I have no parts no tracking number. I have emailed three times to the correct email address when you call them. You can leave a voicemail if you wait long enough, but who knows if anyone is listening to it. If someone will get this corrected in a very quickly timely manner, I will come back and possibly change this review. Otherwise, I’ll give it until Monday. I purchased 3 items from them on 12/5/24. I went off the information their website listed as to which parts I needed. Unfortunately it was not correct and the 2 parts I received do not work on my machine. I contacted the manufacturer to get the correct part numbers. I have tried on multiple occasions to get in touch with Smitty's using the website contact form, phone number listed and email address that is suggested to use in the google review reply's. i placed order 705990 july 9th for four rotary lift wear blocks and they delivered! Smitty got it done. Its hard being a small family business. You have to do more with less. Thank you!
