DO NOT ORDER FORM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED PARTS 2 MONTHS AGO AND NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. LEFT MANY MESSAGES AND CALLED MANY TIMES AND NO ANSWER. I DISPUTED THE CHARGE ON MY CARD AND ALL THE SUDDEN TODAY I GET A CALL SAYING ITS SHIPPED OUT TODAY. BS

This company is a absolute joke! I have called so many times over the past month and emailed them, with absolutely no response or answer!!! Do not waste your time browsing their site!

The guy that answered the phone is a jerk and shouldn’t be dealing with the public he needs to work at the dmv I will tell everyone my experience with this company if I could leave 0 stars I would

Had a cable to break on our 4 post lift and needed one fast. I called and received a call back within an hour. I explained that we were a small business and needed the cable fast. That was on Monday and the cable was just delivered and it is Thursday. I will definitely be doing business with this company again.

i received an order confirmation right away when i purchased a hydraulic hose for my 2 post lift, the hose was in stock per the website. after that initial confirmation, silence for several weeks. I tried emailing multiple email addresses multiple times asking for a status update on the order and got no response. i couldn't wait any longer, i needed to use my lift, so i ended up just buying the hose off ebay (item arrived in a couple of days) and filing a claim with paypal asking for a refund. finally i got a response from t... read more
