Had a cable to break on our 4 post lift and needed one fast. I called and received a call back within an hour. I explained that we were a small business and needed the cable fast. That was on Monday and the cable was just delivered and it is Thursday. I will definitely be doing business with this company again.

i received an order confirmation right away when i purchased a hydraulic hose for my 2 post lift, the hose was in stock per the website. after that initial confirmation, silence for several weeks. I tried emailing multiple email addresses multiple times asking for a status update on the order and got no response. i couldn't wait any longer, i needed to use my lift, so i ended up just buying the hose off ebay (item arrived in a couple of days) and filing a claim with paypal asking for a refund. finally i got a response from t... read more

Do not buy from this “business”. Ordered parts 5 business days ago. No communication other than the automated email after taking my money. I sent two emails asking for shipping information with no response. I also called and no answer. It’s 2025 either you are scamming or you just don’t care… either way I’m canceling my payment with my cc company. UPDATE: I ordered the same part from CARLIFTPARTS.COM and received a tracking number within 1 hour. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR LIFT PARTS GO THERE. Steer clear of this nonsense.

Have been waiting a little over a week since ordering parts with no response or tracking. Have sent multiple emails to Smitty and placed 5 calls and left 3 voicemails. Don't know what's changed but I suggest people take their business elsewhere. (Here's an update.) I came here to remove my review since I was refunded but now I'll share more of my experience since the guy decided to try to attack me and how we do bussiness with lies on here. I ordered a part on 22 Jan (order#737328) that was supposed to be in stock. I emailed on 24 Jan asking the status. No reply. I then emailed on 28 Jan to cancel my order, no reply. I emailed again on 4 Feb to check the status of my refund, No reply. I called and left a message on 10 Feb with my phone number and the order number I called about. No call back. Going to contact my credit company to dispute this transaction. Poor customer service when told to email or call and leave a message.
