Had a cable to break on our 4 post lift and needed one fast. I called and received a call back within an hour. I explained that we were a small business and needed the cable fast. That was on Monday and the cable was just delivered and it is Thursday. I will definitely be doing business with this company again.

i received an order confirmation right away when i purchased a hydraulic hose for my 2 post lift, the hose was in stock per the website. after that initial confirmation, silence for several weeks. I tried emailing multiple email addresses multiple times asking for a status update on the order and got no response. i couldn't wait any longer, i needed to use my lift, so i ended up just buying the hose off ebay (item arrived in a couple of days) and filing a claim with paypal asking for a refund. finally i got a response from t... read more

Do not buy from this “business”. Ordered parts 5 business days ago. No communication other than the automated email after taking my money. I sent two emails asking for shipping information with no response. I also called and no answer. It’s 2025 either you are scamming or you just don’t care… either way I’m canceling my payment with my cc company. UPDATE: I ordered the same part from CARLIFTPARTS.COM and received a tracking number within 1 hour. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR LIFT PARTS GO THERE. Steer clear of this nonsense.
