I don’t recommend you go here unless you want to be scammed. When I made my appointment, I told the receptionist that I had a code that I needed them to look into. I understand that they have to diagnose the code themselves again, but they should have been able to tell me what the specific issue in regard to this code was, because that was the whole point of me coming in. I dropped my car off at 6:50am, and when I picked it up at around 3:00pm (2 hours before they close), they charged me $123 to provide me with the same code... read more
Had car trouble on our road trip passing through from Georgia and the staff at Smitty’s was AMAZING to fit us in quickly and get us back on the road. Thankful for such an amazing experience!
We were on our way to Rehoboth Beach when we got a flat tire—not exactly the way we wanted to start our trip! Thankfully, we were just five minutes from Harrington, DE, so we called Smitty’s Auto Repair to see if they could help. They said “no problem” and got us in right away. They quickly found the issue (a nail in the tire) and patched it up. The service was fast, friendly, and honest—just what you hope for in a tough situation. My family relocated to DE in ‘06 and have never been disappointed by Smitty’s. The honesty is through the roof, the quality of the work always surpasses my expectations and often theirs! The prices are reasonable, better than fair. All my fingers, except my middles, point at Smitty’s for my auto-work/care/anything recommendation. Thanks everyone and shout out to Nate for the plug.
