Met Gerald on Saturday afternoon. He was very personable and helpful with advice for purchasing vehicles by people who don't live in the province. We took a test drive of a very nice Ford Escaped. There was no pressure to purchase, and we drove away with the car we test drove. This has been an all-around positive experience.
