SHame I had to even give this place one star, as it certainly does NOT deserve it. So, buying a car is supposed to be a happy experience, right? Well, my experience has been a complete nightmare, and I am truly sorry I ever bought a car from this place! Once this place, particularly JAMES OSBORN IV, the salesman, got their money, it all went downhill!!! I have had the car almost two months now, and believe it or not, STILL waiting for the title as I need that so I can get the registration and tags and inspection for my car!!... read more
