My family loves this car wash and the people who work here! It’s always super clean, the people are very friendly and are cars always leave looking great! I want to give a shout out to DJ! Today as I was vacuuming my vehicle he offered to help me get rid of the bugs on the front of my vehicle, we travel a lot so I know that wasn’t an easy job. I really appreciate him going out of his way to make our car sparkle! Thank you, DJ and the Smitty Family 💛

I went to Smitty's Car Wash the other day to get my car washed. While I was there, one of the employees he had black hair and tattoos came over to scrub the bugs off the front of my car. I'm not sure what they used, but after I got home I noticed a lot of small scratches on my headlights that weren't there before. I'm very disappointed with my experience and won't be going back. As a warning to others, I would recommend not letting the employees scrub your vehicle by hand if you want to avoid the risk of damage.
