The staff was great
Excellent service and super professional. The staff took great care of my new kitten and made the whole experience wonderful. The kept me up to date with her tests and even texted me with updates as well as calling. Can’t recommend this place enough! Customer for life!
Office manager Barb is extremely rude and unprofessional. After taking my dogs there for 5 years with no problems, while Dr. Smitley was on vacation, she denied my dogs heartworm medication prescription multiple times and told me I had to take a $100 test before she would approve it. When I called and asked for an explanation she was extremely confrontational and kept and cursing at me and told me to stop calling “her office” when she isn’t even a licensed veterinarian.
