My best friend passed. Milwood got us in long before any local vet for cremation even allowing me to bring the best dog ever in 3 days before their next open appointment. The personnel were awesome in their sympathy going so far as to handling Grace's body as well as the financial aspects. The experience was top tier considering the situation.
Dr Chapman was kind and compassionate. I appreciated her knowledge in avian medicine a great deal. Although it was a sad outcome, I valued her honesty when it came to the care of my chicken, Addison. Highly recommend this office for any fellow chicken keepers out there who see these animals as more than just livestock. Thank you Dr Chapman.
They really care about the animals and took the time to answer my questions. The place was clean despite the weather. Nothing was overpriced and is a place I would actually recommend to someone else.
