Great service, and very professional! Got my white sofa cleaned in like half an hour or so. (There was coffee all over it 2 months ago, looked really bad)
I am very happy with SmithWerks and the customer service & professionalism all along the way. I had the carpet at the entrance to my place cleaned which was very dirty considering it’s location. I requested it be cleaned at the warehouse for optimal cleaning and I was impressed that they picked up the dirty carpet and dropped off the clean one and that I didn’t have to do this myself. Smithwerks always does such a fabulous job with getting stains out of my couch. I don't trust anyone else. Dylan the technician arrived on time, with a smile and had a great attitude. He walked me through exactly what he was going to do an the end result was excellent. He was in and out within the hour!
