I had my couch cleaned by Smithwerks last week (by Freddie). Freddie was polite, knew what he was doing, and didn't rush through the job. And the couch turned out great! There were no surprises between the quote and payment, and I will certainly call Smithwerks again if I need upholstery professionally cleaned.
