This is the 2nd year in a row that we have called Smithwerks and once again not disappointed. It so happened that Dylan the service technician was on call again and remembered the layout and what to do as soon as he arrived. We had the appointment booked for 12:00 but I received a call earlier in the am by Dylan to say that he was available a bit earlier so 11"30 am it was and showed up on time. Very pleased with the carpet cleaning. Conor was professional and pleasant, it was a pleasure to meet him and he made the experience a great one. Not every service/trade person has the ability to be so personable.
