We had Sean as our technician to clean our carpets on move-in day. He explained the process well before he started. He also summarized what he’d found after (e.g. which areas needed a little bit more cleaning) and explained some after-care instructions. Well done!
Really great company! Fantastic service, friendly team, clear communication, great via phone/email/in person. The team picked up and dropped off our carpet (6’x10’) from our place which was really convenient, it’s now perfectly clean and in use. I would highly recommend.
