Smithwerks was a great experience from beginning to end. Initially, I dealt with Riffat over the phone and she was super helpful and efficient. On the day, technician Conor was early, efficient and a nice guy! Plus he did an excellent job. One doesn't expect having your rugs cleaned will be an uplifting experience but this was - these people care and that feels good.
My dog cut his foot and there was bloody paw prints on a wool area rug. I was desperate to get it cleaned and called SmithWerks. They sent Caolan first thing the next morning. He was on time and extremely pleasant. Caolan did an excellent job of cleaning the area rug, making it look brand new again. I highly recommend SmithWerks Carpet and Upholstery Care and Caolan! I will definitely use them again in the future.
Technician Dylan was a pleasure to deal with, efficient, cheerful and on time. My carpets look great and my 20 year old sofa looks like new.
