The company has great communication! The technician, Caolan, was very thorough in explaining everything to do with cleaning my couch. He really took his time to ensure the best outcome and was very tidy during the process. I would recommend SmithWerks.

Caolan was super friendly and worked hard on our carpets. The best thing was that he called and asked if he was able to start earlier. I said no problem and he actually seemed appreciative of making up time in his schedule. We have been a client for years and had many technicians but it always seems like SmithWerks hires good staff.
