Daniel arrived even ahead of the scheduled time and was very friendly, efficient, and professional. He was clear in explaining the state of the carpet, and what could be done. Most importantly, the carpets of our new home look and smell great. The booking team (Riffat handled this), was also on top of things throughout the experience, confirming many times ahead, and also following up after.
Everything went well, Sean did a good job and was an excellent communicator.
Sean was amazing and was able to remove very stubborn pet stains left behind by the previous owner. Great job and great service!!
