We just finished a primary bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room addition with Smithwell Construction and could not be happier. Garbage, our basement got destroyed in a back up and we reached out to this company to come in and help get our floors reinstalled and walls rebuilt and while Neil got back to us with a PDF to fill out once sent in Ryan couldn't be bothered to get back to us ...absolute let down in a time of need ....

Smithwell worked with us to design and build our home. We eliminated the need for an architect, but got outstanding design assistance. They provided many suggestions that helped to control cost while still realizing our vision. The workmanship was excellent.
Absolutely excellent people to work with on our home and kitchen remodel. Some may think the Great Pyramids of Giza were built by extraterrestrials... but they fail to remember that craftsmen like Smithwell Construction have existed for thousands of years. Really no words to describe the level of detail, professionalism, and quality that was delivered to our project.
