"WARNING" "WARNING" "WARNING" I wasn't going to give this company any more of my time however after reading people's reviews I feel they should know they are not the only one. I totally agree with Lisa's comments about this business. We had a kitchen installed which took near 5 months and subsequent legal correspondence to finally get it completed. If I could give -0 stars,I would. Rude & arrogant little man syndrome & how come most of your reviews are written by your family members & your apprentice,that in itself is morally unethical. Corners have been cut,work is unprofessional & unfinished,a disgrace to the word cabinetry & I would not recommend you to anyone. Dodgy as they come.
I would just like to give Tristan and his team at Smithwards a big shout out for a job extremely well done. The kitchen looks a million dollars and wow what a change it has made. Tristan was an absolute pleasure to work with and kept us well informed with progress as it all came together. I just couldn't recommend him enough. well done guys we are more than happy :) :) The photos tell the story from the old brown look to the bright white gloss, it made a major difference
I have nothing good to say about what we experienced.
Wow! we are super happy with our new kitchen. Tristan was really professional and helped us with all our questions and turned out a great end result. .
