Lori is beyond profieient knowledge in respected fields. Ron and Joe, maintenance, excellence are clearly reflected around the property. The whole staff is great. You feel well cared for and comfort.

I moved to Smithville Properties almost 4 years ago, I absolutely loved it! The management was always available, professional and willing to go above and beyond for the community. The grounds were always clean, it’s quiet, a playground for families with small children, the people are friendly! I moved here to Smithville properties from another state, in order to do that I had to have paperwork faxed back and forth between the manager Lori and I and for that I was very appreciative of her working with me on that.
