Not 24hours. I arrived Friday morning at 7am to the gates shut. And no one will answer their phones. So much for getting into my unit to get what I needed out of it. Just wasted a 20 minute drive one way.

Not a very good place to store your stuff. They do not let you know when there is a price change. Someone broke into my unit and I was not notified, and yes some things were stolen. I left messages that I was moving my stuff out and the day I had my stuff out. When I finally got to talk to someone they told me that they don’t always get the messages. Poor service if you ask me.

My storage unit was outdoors and was the equivalent of a borrowed shed. Great for storing garden tools, patio decorum and such. Thank you for keeping my things safe!! Everything done through their website contact info. Very kind staff, a plus!!
