Does anyone work here? I can't get anybody to answer the phones to make storage payments. If you leave messages they go unanswered.
I have spent the last month calling this place every single day to make a payment on my unit. Nobody answers the phone. How is business even being done here?
Not 24hours. I arrived Friday morning at 7am to the gates shut. And no one will answer their phones. So much for getting into my unit to get what I needed out of it. Just wasted a 20 minute drive one way.
