I honestly can’t say enough about Smithville RV. I purchased my trailer last year from Darwin and he was absolutely a class act—super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It made the process of buying so much easier with no stress. I drove an hour to move my friends trailer and I forgot my 2 5/16 ball and Dave helped me out to put a new ball on my hitch. Saved me a 2 hour drive to get mine from my house. I would definitely go to smithville rv again
We are very happy with our choice to buy our travel trailer from Smithville. The entire sales team was very helpful, and could answer all our questions. The service folks know what they are talking about and go over and above to make sure everything is right and you understand. Recently our trailer was in for some warranty work. This is the second trailer that I purchased from Dave and his awesome crew. I purchased a larger unit (~32 ft) for my business to work in more remote areas and deliver more value for my customers. When it comes to "delivering value" - Smithville RV put on a clinic in this regard at all touchpoints. Starting with multiple touch points via email, phone and in-person with Darwin, to the consistent communication with Karlee leading up to the day I picked up my trailer - FANTASTIC! to SmithvilleRV!
