There is no question that this is the best dealership to buy a trailer from! We dealt with Dave (owner) when we purchased our trailer. Had a very thorough walk through with Frank. Recently, we needed some service/warranty work completed and we dealt mostly with Cindy who kept us updated throughout the entire process. (And got stuff covered that we fully expected to have to pay for!) I honestly can’t say enough about Smithville RV. I purchased my trailer last year from Darwin and he was absolutely a class act—super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It made the process of buying so much easier with no stress. I drove an hour to move my friends trailer and I forgot my 2 5/16 ball and Dave helped me out to put a new ball on my hitch. Saved me a 2 hour drive to get mine from my house. I would definitely go to smithville rv again
We are very happy with our choice to buy our travel trailer from Smithville. The entire sales team was very helpful, and could answer all our questions. The service folks know what they are talking about and go over and above to make sure everything is right and you understand. Recently our trailer was in for some warranty work.
