doctors are good but wait time is repeatedly too much. both before calling your name and after seating you in the room. its like 1hr+ waiting for being seen for 10-15mins. For this reason I am finding another pcp.
I have never seen medical staff so incompetent. They don’t follow hippa, they shout personal patient Info across the waiting room rather than calling them to the window to talk (which is embarrassing). The doctors are great but I can’t find myself to go there anymore due to the staff.
