I had the great displeasure of dealing with Lavere the np. I have never dealt with someone more unprofessional. Attitude the minute she walked into the room. While trying to answer her question she asked my blind and deaf mother in law she told me that she was going to put duct tape on my mouth. I immediately put her in her place. I don't know who she thought she was talking to but she picked the wrong one. This woman is a disgrace
My Dr. W is the best doctor ever he’s very professional as well as attentive to my needs, he’s a doctor that talks to me not at me
Please do not go to this office when you are sick after hours and you call and leave a message you have to wait 4 hours and sometimes they don't even call back this is very poor and unprofessional when you get prescribed medicine and the medicine doesn't work or your having side affect and the doctors that proscribe the medicine doesnt call back and now your in the hospital beware of smithville medical associated
