I dropped off my car in the morning to get it diagnosed. It took the entire day, and I didn’t get a call until around 4:50 PM — just before closing. When they finally called, they gave me a very high repair quote. I told them clearly that I did not want to proceed with the repair and would just come to pick up my car. Impossible to get ahold of a service advisor over the phone to request a quote for a service. Update: 8/11/2025 Increase the rating as Lauren was able to take care of me right away with amazing service. Wish I had this experience from the start instead of afterwards but the price was reasonable
