I placed an online order, and the experience with the online parts department was great. Don, in particular, was helpful and provided great support.
The online ordering system needs improvement. Communication is poor and the employees are usually curt and unprofessional. I continue going here due to low prices.
I had a very good experience at Smith town toyota parts department. I ordered a alternator for a 2000 toyota avalon and it came very fast and the people were very friendly and professional I definitely will use them again in the future!!!!!!
Every time I place an order online it gets canceled. I find online prices are cheaper than going to my local dealership parts department,but the headache of online purchasing from this place I rather pay a higher price and get the part I need than having for it to get canceled again and again when need it.
