Reviews are real experiences. Mine is same. I just want to give a thumbs up to the young man with the Adidas cap, your smile and gentle talking to the customer is the best thing there. Keep smiling, very few can genuinely smile like you. For break fluid change waited 2 hours with appointment and cost $200. What a service with attitude at the front desk.
I placed an online order, and the experience with the online parts department was great. Don, in particular, was helpful and provided great support.
The online ordering system needs improvement. Communication is poor and the employees are usually curt and unprofessional. I continue going here due to low prices.
I had a very good experience at Smith town toyota parts department. I ordered a alternator for a 2000 toyota avalon and it came very fast and the people were very friendly and professional I definitely will use them again in the future!!!!!!
