Arrived about 15 minutes after my scheduled 10a on Saturday. The front desk staff were very polite and cheerful. They were busy helping another customer and everyone was pleasant all around. By the time I was up, Mary at the front desk pulled up my information and quickly confirmed the service was routine oil change with NYS inspection. Been coming here for years, never had an issue. Great communication and never had to wait very long. Once in while I need an air filter or cabin filter, but I do alot of mileage. Always very polite and respectful. Highly recommend.
