Fast appts., short wait when I arrive and attentive staff. I am not sure why they have bad reviews. If you are looking for a stuffy, uptght office you may want to go elsewhere. Even when I feel horrible the staff has me laughing. I own a retail store on the island and all I can say is beware of a couple of bad reviews, they mean nothing. If a business has 100's or 1,000's of customers that are happy and a few unhappy people, that is terrific in my book.
