The owner Hahn, improperly installed a device in my luxury vehicle and ruined it forever. Now there is a permanent delay for the push to start on cold days. He also failed to remove those wires. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Side note, his social skills are very poor and he doesn’t know how to speak to customers properly and acts like a know it all.
**Horrible customer Service** I made an appointment on 12/21, my appointment date was 1/3 and I was quoted $155. When I got there, they had no record of my appointment and they changed the price to $300. The girl behind the desk and the head mechanic were extremely rude and condescending, looking at me like I had two heads, treated me like an idiot, and all I did was show up to my appointment on time with the quoted amount of money in my pocket lol. Needed an inspection as mine was overdue. Glad that it passed without any issues due to their knowledge and professionalism. The staff and owner's wife were very friendly. Nice to see a business that is not afraid to show who they support!
I’m very happy with the experience here. Hans pointed out my issues and got the work done at a great pace and explained everything they did afterwards, everyone was very friendly too
