Excellent service.
The Spanish mechanic was very rude extremely rude to the point where I am pressing charges. I am a female and very worried for my safety being anywhere near that place he looked at me like he was gonna rape me and I was so frightened. I just let him charge me whatever he wanted because I had to get out of there he started talking all nice and trying to touch me extremely disrespectful and hopefully he gets arrested for the charges that will soon meet him
Staff was very concerned with my issues on my vehicle Work was done in a timely manner, and pricing was on the money
I’ve been going to Smithtown Car Service for about five months now, and I honestly couldn’t imagine taking my car anywhere else. Everyone there is so kind, honest, and easy to talk to. Ana especially always puts my nerves at ease and makes the whole process so much less stressful. It’s such a great feeling knowing I can completely trust them with my car — and they genuinely care about their customers, not just the service. Highly, highly recommend!
