We recently bought a house with two older units that didn’t seem like they were working very well at all. Not sure on what to do we hired Smithson Valley, who came in and gave us an honest assessment and fair quote. Much to our surprise the units were in decent shape for their age, but the duct work was a mess and the coils on the downstairs system were very dirty (you could smell it when it came on). Cannot recommend these guys enough. Derek came out and explained how the climate zones were working and what was going on with our condenser unit. His guys arrived on time to swap it out, adjusted some vents, and viola! Our house is balanced and no longer has hot and cold places! The new unit seems much more efficient too.

Really great service at a fair price. I was very impressed with Derek and Devon. In addition to installing my new HVAC unit, they also tidied up the area next to it, even reattaching a few fence boards for me. Great service. Derek was fantastic to work with and Andy & Justin did a great job on a replacement mini-split unit from a previous company. They were very responsive & we'll be using them in the future for our other units.
