I have had 3 haircuts here, and the first time i sat in the seat i described a bald fade haircut, straight up on the sides and to drop down below the bald spot in the back of my head. The first 2 cuts were close, but they wouldn't listen to me. Both Lori and Michelle, either of which are certified, faded into my bald spot like i asked not to do.
