Best gym in Augusta!
Big place, lots of good stuff. Been looking around for a non-big box gym for a while. Ruth is fantastic. Very responsive. Getting into the gym is a breeze. This will be my home gym away from home when we come to Maine. Love it. 5th star = pendulum squat? lol

Been going for a few months. The owner is amazing and the equipment is well maintained!!
