All I needed was a hose for my radiator and they had it done in just a few hours. I had to wait for the part, but it was there by afternoon! I was lucky to have trouble in front of their shop. They were so nice to take care of it without having me leave the car there for days on end. I love these guys!
They are so rude! I dropped off my car to get the brakes fixed which should have been a days work and it took them 2 days to do it. Then when I do finally go and get my car, they have managed to bend my ipod and scratch my cd which looked to be VERY intentional! When I called them to see what they were going to do about my ipod, they said that that matter did not concern them and it was not their responsibility. I do NOT recommend ANYONE go here with their car because they cannot be trusted.
April 2009, My car was in need of new tires and brakes. I brought it to Smiths Transmission for an estimate and found their prices to be very reasonable. I left the car with them and was told it would be ready in 3 days. After only 2 days, I received a phone call that my car was ready to be picked up. Fast, friendly service at a fair price. I rely on them to keep my old car running and so far they have done a great job replacing my transmission, timing belt, water pump and exhaust system. They run the cleanest shop in town and even have rocking chairs on the side porch so you can actually watch the work being done.
Broke down in Hull; didnt have info to call a tow truck, Smiths transmission called a reasonably rated tow truck and fixed my car within a days time, great service, fast, reliable, friendly, and affordable!
