They did great the first time we did business with them. However, when we called for service, things went bad fast. They said the man would be out either that Saturday or the next Monday. He was not. I called later that week and was told the owner had to determine which valve needed replacing and order the part but the owner wouldn't be in for two days. I still had ten percent in the tank so I wasn't worried as it was early fall but we wanted to start getting it filled for the winter. I waited a week and a half for a respons... read more
The company has been great to work with. The office staff encourages everyone to keep receipt records because they have older systems that occasionally good up and plus it's just good practice. Overall friendly staff, helpful, and a great locally owned company.
This company stole over a hundred dollars from us. They took the $300 for a fill up and only wrote down that they charged for 100 gallons. Which would have been $166. So when we called thinking we had a terrible leak because our tank was at 30% she said he only put 100 gallons in and the money balanced for that day... so there is nothing we can do and we will still have to fill it again. Never using this company again. I only rated one star because it made me...
