if I could give this man 0 starts I would. we contacted Mr. Smith about a plumbing issue at our home. he made us sure that we would not have the problem we were having again after paying $390+ and only being there for less than 10 minutes. He said if they it doesn't work then give him a call and he would resolve it. The issue happened the next day and he magically stopped picking my phone call . I could not believe it because this I called from another phone and he picked up. Told me he would see me that day or the next day.... read more
