Upon entering in to contract for replacement of screen and rollers Carl had stated a date and time for installation of replacement items. But Carl failed to keep appt. without contact and return of numerous inquiry calls for why missed appt. And to reschedule such. The items removed have not been returned nor has Carl returned phone calls from residence.
