Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I went into Smith’s Pool Store looking for help with a broken pool pump, and it was a total joke. The woman at the counter, who said her name was Tina, was super rude right off the bat, like I was bothering her just by asking questions. And to make it worse, she clearly had no idea what she was talking about. Couldn’t answer anything about the pump or even point me in the right direction. Always very very friendly and very very knowledgeable. Never tries to sell you stuff you dont need. No matter who is in the store running it they are always so friendly and helpful.
