Takes days and days and days to get meds. Including antibiotics. I got a text they were ready for pick up 2 minutes before the pharmacy closed and went another night getting even sicker with bacterial infection.
Pharmacy is a real disappointment. Had an opportunity to help the customer, and chose to help themselves. Go to any other pharmacy. Store is clean and well stocked.
Uninformed, did not know or recommend paxcess coupon program for paxlovid cost help. Just wanted the money. Will go elsewhere from now on. Been with smithspharmacy too long. Looks like
Please consider a local, small or compounding pharmacy for your future prescriptions. Smaller businesses have much better customer service and you would be supporting your community. I did not have a positive experience dealing with this pharmacy.
The pharmacy has a new employee (Lucas Reid) who will no doubt create a major boost to the reviews of that department. I went there a few days ago to see if I could get an emergency refill of my blood thinner prescription that I had forgotten to bring to Taos with me. Lucas helped me refill it and when the price for 7 pills was showing $110, he volunteered to call the insurance company for me and see if he could get them to lower the price.
