Worst pharmacy ever! Their favorite line “we are really busy today”. Even if you get a prescription called in first thing in the morning, good luck getting it before 5:00 PM Anytime we go in for a prescription they are telling us it will take 20 more minutes, which turns into 30-35 Don’t waist your time here!!!
The pharm techs are unbelievably slow, rude, unprofessional, and oblivious. They have a nasty habbit of charging with out running your insurance and if you dare even comment on the price you are met with even more attitude. "If you dont like the price I can put it back on the wall then." Straight up ripping people off. my whole family has now moved to a better pharmecy, wich is any pharmacy but Smith's.
I just got surgery yesterday and my husband went to Smith and get my 3 prescription. For some reason they didn’t have my antibiotic prescription. So my husband called the doctor and the doctor said they called it in. My husband went back to tell the Pharmacy and they said “ooh yeah it was on the voice mail so we will get it ready.” Fast forward to today, went to get the antibiotics and they said Medicaid won’t pay for it. Customer service is good. One thing I dislike about this pharmacy is calling to make sure my prescription will be ready, they’ll say “give us 30min” I show up and hour or two later and they need 10 more minutes. Happens pretty frequently ??? otherwise it’s a good pharmacy
