My husband and I love Smiths Kroger Pharmacy. Personal and welcoming service. It is easy to speak with a pharmacist when needed. Always good service.
This pharmacy is very good. I've been at CVS, Walgreens, Costco and Smith's. CVS quit taking my insurance, before that they were very good. Smith's is equal to CVS. Walgreens is too busy and short-handed to check all the boxes, but they know what they are doing. Costco Rx got an 'F' because they charge the customer more than is allowed by law because their staff are ignorant of the law and don't know how to configure their system, nor do they train their new hires. Poor service. Cashiers standing around. Unhelpful staff. Dirty Store. Very unsanitary, staff picking their nose while handling food. Won't shop there.
Buyer beware: the reason that anybody in that neighborhood has not been able to shop at this particular location for the past week is because of a major rat infestation. Not sure if anybody would continue to want to shop there even though it’s now clean. They will tell you it was because of construction but after driving by a few days ago and seeing vans and people with hazmat suits on, I don’t think they were exactly telling the truth.
