I used Smiths Pharmacy at this location for the last 15 years. The staff is ALWAYS HELPFUL, never told me a script would be ready at a certain time only to drive there and find out the medication is out of stock, and the Pharmacists and techs always did what they could to give positive customer service and Rx help. Sadly, I am with Blue Cross Blue Shield now with my employer who does not except this insurance so I had to switch to another pharmacy. I arrived at 12:45. The gentleman in front of me took about 10 minutes. Another associate asked to help me at about 12:55. I was pulling up my GoodRx and the manager literally shut the gate on me. I asked the manager if she was really not going to help me, and she said, "Oooohhhhh." While tilting her head to the side and sticking out her bottom lip. Way to be professional and rake care of your customers. Thanks I'll go to CVS.

The Manager of this Pharmacy, Andrea is one of the very best I’ve ever seen in my 10 years of dealing with Retail Pharmacy’s. She will work with you and exceed your expectations of what a Pharmacy is supposed to be!! **A follow up** Two years later Andrea still continues to place her people and her customers first! All other Pharmacies, take note, see how she operates - you could learn a lot from someone like her. Ten starts - Andrea, My only hope is they take care of you! Steve Henry
