The pharmacist at this pharmacy (Ngan) is very mean. She has no respect for the staff or clients.
Smiths pharmacy on tramway and Montgomery is horrible. The pharmacist Ms Nagan fought with me about a prescription and then refused to fill any of my medications. I’ve used them for years. I’m having all of my medications transferred!
Someone always picks up when I call. Vaccines are walk-in and never an issue. Techs/ clerks are knowledgeable and the pharmacists are never too busy to help, either. Live closer to another Smiths and it’s worth the drive to this one.
Pharmacists and the technicians here are top-notch. I’m not the best with names, but Michael and Nan are always helpful and I trust them with my vaccines and medications. Ethan and Russel helped my son when he was having trouble getting his doctor to send over scripts. And as a bonus, they even gave me a cute pill case :) Thanks!
